Privacy Notice
Back On The Road collects information you provide when you submit an accident-help enquiry, together with technical and campaign-attribution information associated with your visit.
Information we may collect
This may include your name, mobile number, email address, postcode, accident date, information about the accident, vehicle driveability, the assistance you request and campaign attribution data such as UTM parameters or advertising click identifiers.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry information to review your request, contact you about the enquiry, assess which practical assistance may be relevant, operate and improve the website, and measure the performance of acquisition campaigns.
POC handling
During the initial proof of concept, website enquiries are stored within the WordPress/Gravity Forms environment and handled manually. They are not being sent directly into Salesforce at this stage.
Service providers
We may use hosting, website, analytics, communications and operational service providers to support the website and enquiry process. Final launch wording should identify the relevant legal entity, disclosures and cross-border considerations where applicable.
Your choices and access
You may contact the operator of Back On The Road to ask about access, correction or privacy concerns. Final contact details and the responsible legal entity must be inserted before launch.
